Im assuming this is the right thread. I would have gone to the pit... BUT this seemed easier without all the stupid comments. Anyways what are these kinds of pictures called. i think some of them are hilarious and i want to find more. So is there like a certain name for them or not?

Your first picture is referred to as a demotivational picture and the second would be called an image macro.

And these "lolcats" that blue_strat speaks of are typically only posted on the sacred day which is Caturday, but it was then declared that everyday should be Caturday.. hmm.. I digress.
