It needs more high end, if you ask me. More dry sound, too. Try a plate reverb.

Oh, you want it to sound like the one on that myspace?

Well, the one in the recording was produced by a drum machine. Don't aim to get your real kit to sound like that.

Create a bus with a big sounding reverb with a short decay, and send the snare to that bus, and keep the reverb snare relatively low in the mix.
