The collaboration between Venetian Snares & Speedranch has got to have spawned one of the greatest albums ever made. We Hate Russell is great Breakcore/Gabber.

EDIT: http://youtube.com/watch?v=Yl6d7nitAns < Also a great song from the album.

well these are live collaborations, otherwise i'd probably go with Queen and Bowie - Under Pressure

My mind is going. I can feel it.

And yet, the only thing I can think is "Damn, Steve Tyler's ugly."

Anyone else ever heard Lemmy and Ted Nugent's version of "Tie Your Mother Down" by Queen?

Buckethead and whoever he usually works with.

Awww you beat me to it. Pretty much all collaborations with Buckethead are awesome, because it's Buckethead.

Is it just me or was youtube messed up on the Slash n Wylde vid?

There was one of Steve Tyler and Santana, quite recent, don't remember the song, and I'm not sure if it was Santana. Someone fill me in here.

I don't think you understand.

A musical collaboration encompasses any recording which involves more than a single individual in the creative process - which would probably cover a good 95% of all recorded music..

Why not just ask 'what are some of your favorite songs?' so you're not excluding D.I.Y. artists, or was that the goal of this thread?

Well if that's what you meant, then you need to look up "arbitrary", otherwise you shouldn't be surprised he didn't understand that meaning from what you actually wrote.

What are you blabbering about?
My use of arbitrary makes perfect sense.

You're just being a dick. The threadstarter clearly means one-off collaborations between two bands, or a band and a solo artist or two solo artists or whatever. You're trying to start a pointless, pedantic argument. I suggest you make a suggestion, comment on someone else's suggestion or leave this thread.
