i have a feeling it is just 60 cycle hum, and it is normal on single coil pickups.
The Gear:

Custom Strat
Mesa Boogie Stiletto Ace
Fulltone OCD
Electro Harmonix Small Clone Chorus
Dunlop Crybaby Classic
MXR EVH-117 Flanger
Fulltone Soul Bender

They are single coils, they only cancel hum in the 2nd and 4th positions thats why the middle is reverse wound i think. So when its just bridge middle or neck by itself it will hum a bit. Someone correct me if im wrong.

you can lessen the buzz, buy turning off appliances, including computers, and dimmer switches in the room where you are playing.

you can shield ur guitar to quiet it,
you can play on the 2 or 4 spot,
you can swap out for noiseless pups,
also make sure your cable is quality.

bam.

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.
