You can only use one preset at a time. You could always get a midi controller to scroll through the presets so you don't have to bend down to change the settings in a live situation.

You do realize that's just...vibrato. Use your fingers.
Someones knowledge of guitar companies spelling determines what amps you can own. Really smart people can own things like Framus because they sound like they might be spelled with a "y" but they aren't.

It's not much of a hassle to change presets. If you're careful enough, you could use your foot to change through the presets.

Oh, and yeah, there's actually a little additional purchase you could make called a Whammy Wheel I think for the purpose of changing between presets. I've heard they're good.
