It's his aniversary today. Whenever this time of year comes, I find myself thinking about him. Such a great talent, lost. Please; all fans of AiC and grunge come and give your respects and condolences towards him. Please watch/listen to these videos as well.

i love metal but i think grunge is pretty cool. It killed hair metal and i hate hair metal (anyone who tries to put brett michaels out of a job is cool in my book). Alice in Chains and Soundgarden were my favorite grunge bands (Nirvana was ok). For those who dont know Layne Stanley died of a heroin overdose in 2002, he was basically at the top of his career and just threw it all away.

Gah, I was so pissed today. They where talking about Kurt today in the NME because it's nearly his anniversary, and Layne was not mentioned ONCE. The cheek....

I'm thinking about writing into them. It would be awesome if all of you guys could too, so we can actually get a message across.

I would, but it's the NME. They've probably forgotten who Layne was.

Anyway, RIP Layne. *puts on Angry Chair*

And RIP Kurt.
It's gonna be a blue day
