Hello..Not sure if this should be a thread, but I'll try:P

My band is going to have a concert very soon, and we have not decided all the songs we are going to play yet..

We need songs that has piano or synth in it. We are an Rock/Indie/Alt band. And we allready have 2 songs of coldplay, so coldplay is not current. If any have any suggestions please let me know... We tried Muse, but the vocal was to hard..

Time to Pretend by MGMT (I'm currently obsessed with this song)
12:51 by The Strokes (I think he actually plays that line on guitar, but it'd sound good on synth too)
Go With The Flow by Queens of the Stone Age has a pretty simple piano part.

Not all Muse songs have difficult vocals. Look at the massive list I gave, there are plenty of those that someone with a more limited range can sing.

Why does everyone insist on playing covers? Write original stuff. Covers are boring.

Yeah, they don't arrest/ticket hobos because they can't pay the fines. Then they hang out in the jail all day eating free food. There's no point.
