hey guys i wear alot of black jeans and i like them to stay black. it seems that every pair starts to get faded after washing them only a couple times.

how can i keep my black jeans to saty blacker longer?

There's a detergent from Tide, I think it's Tide Cold Water, or Tide Black or whatever. Try that.

i just read through this thread because i have no life, and that bit about the dryer in redhotchillipep's link helped me out a lot. i hate when you buy a nice new shirt that's reallllllllly soft, then you wash it like twice, and it loses all of its softness. now i know i have to line-dry them
