i have some heavier gauge strings on a guiat with an FR i bought if i chand it to a lighter gauge will that mess up yhe intonation?

shouldn't mess up intonation to much but it wouldn't be that hard to fix just ajust the truss rod and saddles
but it will mess up spring tension on the floyd you may have to add another spring but first just adjust it
edit: sorry i thought you wanted to go up
in that case you won't have to add but there is a chance you'll need to remove strings

Also caught her playing fallout boy on my guitar, changed my strings and cleaned it the next day.
