So I have been thinking about joining a wrestling club. I played baseball for 7 years and football for 2, but messed my leg up jumping out of a window, and stopped. Over a couple of years I gained a lot of weight. About 6 months ago I decided to lose the weight, and lost so far about 40 pounds. I also started lifting weights. I know very little about wrestling, and just wanted to see if it was something any of you guys would reccomend.

you should join it, i used just play crosscountry, track, and baseball. then i joined wrestling this year and i gained alot of muscle and went undefeted. its a really fun sport but the practices are really hard.

DO NOT wrestle it's just an excuse for a bunch of guys to grab and roll around on eachother.
