ok so i just bought a bridge piece for a guitar im building its this one

however mine doesnt have the botom pieces underneath the round things, mine is just to little screw pieces the brigde and the two round things and the little screw things dont stay in the bridge, is somethig wrong with it or is it fine

You probably mean you have a bridge that uses only small threaded studs driven directly into the body? That design doesn't have the press-in inserts you see in the linked image. That's just the way your bridge works. Like this one :

You mean the sleeves that are pressed down into the guitar body for the studs to screw into. And its just the way LP bridges are there isnt really anything holding them down on the studs except string pressure.
