Well, actually, I see a G# and and F# in there. It seemes like the G# is more a passing tone, but the F# is there much more prominantly than any F notes, so I'd say it's in G major.

It depends on what context.. in classical settings Am usually means Am with a major 7th.. A harmonic minor.

Otherwise, most of the time A minor is A natural minor.

Am with a major 7th is ABCDEFG. Do you mean Am with an augmented 7th (which would make that a harmonic minor scale)?

Major seventh is G#. An augmented seventh would be enharmonic to an octave(A).

The major 7th of A is G#
