You hold your love,
Like it’s a dying star,
So precious and finite,
Setting souls alight,
I’ve dropped my guard,
But I know I won’t get far,
Your trails are made of flame,
I’m another soul for you to tame,

And if my senses fail,
Choose not to compute,
I’ll know you’ll have,
Drawn me into the dark
Like so many times before,
You wear that corona like a crown,
With streams of light like a wedding gown,
In those dreams I’d be,

Chorus x2
Crushed like an avalanche,
And swept away every day,
But I know I’ll rise above,
Either way, (only first time)
Just to try my luck again, (second time)
By the tugging of sound waves,
To resonate your heart strings,

If I proved to be,
The spark to ignite,
The darkest of nights,
With thousands of fireworks,
Tearing through the sky,
I look at you out the corner of my eye,
With my heart burning like the sun,

You’d be the only one,
The one for which I fall,
Like droplets from the clouds,
I’d crash so hard into the ground,
Like every time I meet your eyes,
More beautiful than sunrise,

Having received quite abit of criticism before. I've decided to ditch the whole nonsensial rubbish. I hope this is much better.

Very well written song. Last line is extermely good to end the song.
