So in order to put music in it, do I just drag and drop into a folder and it transfer? Or do I have to convert the music so it'll transfer? Do I have to download it off a special program for the zune? I have music on my computer already so I just want to drag it to drop into the zune not re-download all of it. It's over 11GBs so it'll take forever for that. do I have to convert videos to a contain format?

Yeah, the new Zune software sucks and is really confusing. You can only use that to put music on the Zune, though.
