Rap is music, far better than metal for example. id much rather hear about hoes and anal sex than dragons and supressed homosexuality.

Yes his name is Dan

Ministry - No "W"

Halford - Made In Hell, Resurrection, The One You Love To Hate, Betrayal

Exodus - War Is My Shepherd (actually in D standard)

Dream Evil - By My Side (D standard)

Those in D standard are easy to translate to drop D.

Dude I got these strings the other day that couldn't be tuned to higher than 4 octaves below middle C then I realized that they were shoelaces and they weren't making any sound at all.

Lamb of god. Namely Laid to Rest...

I has much fun playing this...

Lamb of God's Hourglass has a very tricky riff nearer the end of the song that requires some blinding speed. I'm nearly there with it!

Amon Amarth (i think)

Not Drop D, but still good!

So fuking true. You're gonna be spending weeks just figuring out parts of certain songs cos they're damn hard. Yet they're the most wickedest riffs I've ever heard.
My Gear:

Ibanez RG450LTDBC
Boss GT-8
Boss MT-2 Metal Zone
Behringer guitar
Behringer V-Tone GM108 Amp

Lets not talk of that album.

Like light to flies, is an ace song, and quite challenging.

By 'figuring out parts' I meant whoever is trying to learn a Lamb of God song, it's bound to take weeks or even months, using tabs. Some segments in certain songs have the craziest riffs I've ever learnt. Examples include the vomit riff in Hourglass and the 'cut to the bone' riff in Blood of the Scribe.

Ibanez RG450LTDBC

Didn't think you could play the ending riff in standard tuning...

Care for enlightenment how to play a low D when your lowest pitch your tuning allows is an E?

"Under Fire" by Halifax is fun... its not really metal... or a riff.
