I have quite a bit of muscle, but I have a layer of fat over it, so that keeps me from looking ripped, and makes me look a bit chubby. Is their any way to lose the fat, while not losing Muscle?

That swim idea is actually pretty good, lane swimming is a great way to exercise.

High rep weights to tone the muscles and lose the fat
jogging in the morning before breakfast everyday
eating regularly to keep metabolism working
sooo many ways...
