Yeah, loud but it will sound awful. Better to buy a smaller, better amp and mic it if you need if for gigs.

You dont need anywhere near that much power if youre just trying to keep up with a drummer.

An all tube 30w amp will be exceedingly more powerful than necessary.

I see that youre in the $400-500 price range, so just off the top of my head try this:

It's a good sounding (not the best, but in your price range) amp, that is reliable, loud, and affordable. And if it still isnt loud enough for you, it has enough power for it to be hooked up to an external cabinet.
