So, I use to go to my local gym very often a couple years ago, got big and strong and all that jazz. So a couple years passed, I got lazy and lost it all. So, I started going a week ago one again. Come to find out, When I came home tonight, I was on a total high which I never experinced from just weight lifting and running. I did about 20 miles of cardo and legs, but instead of just being dead tired like I normally am, I was amazingl hyper and happy. Is there a reason for this?
Also, does anyone here do anything other then masturbate and play guitar?

ya, i work out too. it stimulates your endorphines the things in your brain that make you feel good. its pretty much the same thing that pot does for you. try working out then smoking pot, thats awesome. lol

To repeat what everyone else said, it's the runner's high. I went hill running today and when I stopped I got light headed and felt like I was floating in a sea of bliss...

i lift pretty heavily 4 days a week.... i do max effort (low sets and reps) lower body monday, dynamic (high sets and reps) upper on tuesday, dynamic lower on thursday, and max upper on friday... its for my schools football team, but we do some great lifts (only about a day) but you can really feel the difference
