So you don''t have to look at the wiki, so far I've found:
It's the most dense wood known to man (Up to 1.37g/cm^2)
The heartwood is green
It is very oily, meaning it would produce a natural finish. (tung oil might be good, too)
It is very hard, enough so to be used as a mortar and pestile

Is it just me, or does it seem that, apart from being heavy, this wood would be an amazing tonewood? Honestly I'm considering using it when I get the time to start building guitars. (I'm thinking a thin body would be in order)
Nope, no sig here.

Chances are it will be impossible to work with, ridiculously heavy and will be incredibly dull.

First two points I don't mind...I expected that...but why would it sound dull?

Well it has medicinal purposes so if you got sick on stage you could just lick your guitar and get better.

Do it!!

It will probably feel like you have a honda slung around your shoulder when you play it.

I've used Ironwood for necks and it's great.

In theory, it would make a great bridge and fingerboard on an acoustic. I wouldn't use it for body, though (on anything).

You could use it as a top, but if you made the whole body out of it the guitar would be very warm sounding.

the denser the wood the brighter the tone, maple is far more dense them mahogany and far more bring sounding for instance, it would have killer sustain thoguh
