I left my microcube. It was too bulky for me.

Any mini amp which you can recommend? Preferably with an effect.
The microcube was awesome but too big.

Well I'd say Smokey since they don't cost a lot and souns pretty good. Otherwise the AmPlug is good.

The DA5 is as large as the Micro-Cube.

You gonna gig with it? try those little fender baby half stack amps. They look so cute! LOL. They prob sound good too and only like 50 bucks.

Fender Mini '57 Twin-Amp, what do u guys think about this one?

I'm strongly considering the Vox Amplug. It has some really nice reviews.

I say Smokey.

I own one and it blows away all of the other Micro amps. The micro Fenders and the Marshall MS-2 and MS-4 don't stand a ghost of a chance.

It's only like 20 bucks too.

Yeah most micro amps sounds about the same, but Smokey is the cheapest, hence it's wins

pocketpod? if you don't mind using headphones anyway..

i really would reccomend against the fenders. i tried a deluxe and it was loud but trebly, fuzzy and noisy(hiss).

the orange would probably be the best one but i havent tried it so i cant speak. i have a marshall mini amp which is good if you dont want to use headphones. with headphones you would really want to look at the pod or amplug.

actually I want to run away from headphones. My ears get too hot... lol
#16
yeah
the marshalls are decent but they all probably sound about the same so you might want to go with the smokey
