forsakenazrael just came over and we did a little experimenting with mic placement and the line-out on my V3.

for cleans it sounds great! For distortion, it blows. It sounds like a nest of pissed-off bees.

Anyone else have similar encounters? I know i can just mic it now but.....man, i wish it sounded better.

i had problems with mine but i changed the fx loop level and that seemed to sort it. V3s are very Bee like IMO.

Yea we flipped the switch, used only one channel to dial in the sound. Everything sounded like bees. Dammit.....
