Ok, soo i'm looking for a new guitar, and i'm left handed soo i have some limited choices. I'm looking at the carvin bolt plus. Would this be a good guitar for metal with the C22B pickup in the bridge?

For metal you're going to want Carvin M-series pickups. The C-series is more vintage.
I wouldn't worry about paying extra for Carvin pickups. If you're going to buy a guitar that nice you need to drop some handwound custom pickups from Swineshead, Stephens Designs, Wolfetone, Lundgren, etc... *directs you to ultimate pickup thread*

A carvin's pickups don't do justice to the quality of the guitar.
