so there was a show at the Umass Lowell VPAC last night, and i usually attend all of these, just for the hell of it. my friends band hivesmasher was playing and there were a bunch of kids from New Hampshire. the gay dude from always and forever and his posee, and some other random kids. There is one kid who decides he wants to mosh for this band, ok thats cool, he runs into a bunch of my friends standing up front, so one of them pushes him back, and he gets all defensive and almost punches him. the rest of the set he spent his time attemping to spinkick and windmill into that select group of people. not to mention the ****ing stupid new hampshire "rev up the bike in the air" motion, which is the most annoying thing ever. Then the guy from always and forever was making fun of this kid who was metal headbanging, because this band happens have lots of metal influences and he knows like all their songs. I just wanted to turn around, tell him to look in the mirror, and then proceed to try and make fun of people at shows.

moral of the story is, no offense to zayG or other NH residents, but most of you SUCK.

First of all, I enjoy deathcore for it's complexity and it's the only genre heavy enough for me

So New Hampshire may have some stupid people but so does every state. And no matter what show you go to there is going to be a person that will piss you off. Get used to it. Funny story though.

if you had any clue about the east coast hardcore scene, new hampshire is generally hated. and i never get pissed off by people at most shows that i go to.

I actually played a show in Dover. Kids seemed pretty cool, maybe a little weird, but they generally knew what was up. They got into like every set, it was a rad show

NH has a lot of really bad metalcore bands though, Manchester/Nashua area.

yea i actually saw a bunch of them at some random show in woburn a few weeks ago and they were pretty cool, but they were just acting like assholes this time for some reason.

I dunno, EVERYONE here does that ****, it's annoying as ****.

The amount of the kids you have to shove away from the sides of the pit when you aren't in it just because kids are hitting everyone in the face doing that **** is a pretty large amount.

Really? I'm not familiar with that move just from the description. Then again I don't go to as many shows as I'd like to...

Although there were the idiots with the hardcore "dancing" at the BTBAM show last week. Seriously, how can you do that to BTBAM songs?
