Alright, so I was in our school's band room with a friend, and he went to a corner and opened a case. Inside was a light blue Fender Mustang bass, the top was a bit worn so it's obviously old. I don't know what year.... but he was thinking of buying it from the school for like $200. This is a good deal, right? Even though it's old, everything sounds great and works perfectly. The only signs of wear are a bit on the fretboard and on the actual body where some paint rubbed away.

Don't get it, but tell me what school this is.

And don't refin it. It could be worth a lot.

Hehe, we don't plan on doing anything to it. It's set up perfectly, semi-new strings and it still sounds perfect. Looks sweet with the normal wear and stuff on it.

Give it to me

I'm the Mustang lover round here!!

Seriously though, dont do anything to it, and find out the date of manufacture via the serial number...could be on to a winner

I'm just joking Moog. you know nothing can tear our friendship apart, not even the fact we are miles apart, I am right there beside you, yelling, "Chug it, ya little wimp!"
