I recently watched the entire LOTR trilogy on TV, which reminded me exactly why they were so rughteous the first time around.

I forget the name, but it had Mel Gibson when he was young.

It was on earth after a nuclear war or something and very few people were alive and it's all about oil and stuff so he plays a sort of mercenary for this town trying to rescue some of their people from some bandits.

+1. Even I, as a hetero male, would tap Pitt's character in the movie

Oh HELL YES. I'm a straight chick, so it's more understandable for me, but I cant think of any movie where I've wanted to jump his bones more. Dirty, scruffy, terrible accent, barehand-boxer covered in tatoos and sweating from head to toe.. delicious.

also, props on your sig

Shaun Of The Dead. I had forgotten how hilarious it was until I watched Hot Fuzz and decided to go out and buy (download) Shaun Of The Dead as well since I like Hot Fuzz so much. Also Bad Santa is one I totally forgot about. I watched The Sting today, that's a brilliant movie too.

Unbreakable. I thought it sucked the first time I watched it, but I gave it another chance, and I really dig all the symbolism through the entire movie. I wish they would have made the trilogy like it was meant to be.
