Whenever i use my wah (line 6 FBV wah)
i get a lot of hiss from the forward direction.(opposite bass)
I know its from the treble i use on my metal muff, but is there some was to use the wah without having to turn down the treble on my metal muff. whenever i click it on it doesnt really wah good just hiss. I want to use it without having to turn down the treble beforehand.
Is this possible

I might have confused some but thats the only way i can put it.
Anyone who understood please help.

youll get hiss anyways with anything. if you dont like it get a noise supressor or something.

Nope, that's how it works. If you can reduce the sweep or lower the Q that might help a bit, but that's part of how a wah works.

The problem might also be partly because of the wah not being very high quality. Is there a top boost on your Metal Muff? Is it possible to configure it so, that when you have the top boost engaged you get a normal tone, so when you want to use the wah you can disengage the top boost and get less treble.
