Before you dump a lot of money into this guitar you might want to find out more about it. Is the back and sides made of solid wood or a laminate. What is the top solid spruce or laminate or Solid Cedar. How old is the guitar? Depending on the fret height a tech may be able to file them and get them smooth, a cheap fix. Don't worry about the ding's as you are buying a used guitar and not a new one. If you want one without dings by a new one.
