Anyone tried the midboost circuit by Guitarfetish? I'm interested in getting the Clapton-style one: http://store.guitarfetish.com/cstmidbocidr.html

Does anyone know if it's any good, or if it's worth it? I'm planning on putting it in a cheap strat copy to see how it is, since I like the idea of the Clapton signature strat and the Powerhouse guitars, but don't want to spend all that cash.

And you bought a Black Ice from Stewmac?

That's a $3 Schottky diode.
