This old disco very dancy songs that are sung by groups of women, I think some of those are classics but I don't know the name of any.

There are some remixes of this kind of stuff around and they were played a lot on parties and stuff a couple years ago, well, at least around here.

Could you help me?

may I know what's wrong with "classics"?

no, It's not it's rainin men, that's not the kind of stuff I'm looking for. It's more of a village people kind of thing, but sung by women and more "carnival like" . Thanks for trying.

I just never thought of disco as being partircularly classic or timeless. Do you happen to remember any lyrics from the song?

D-I-S-C-O!
Man, that's a good song.
The will to neither strive nor cry,
The power to feel with others give.
Calm, calm me more; nor let me die
Before I have begun to live.

-Matthew Arnold

I can't watch much now, I'll look at it tonight and probably upload a new midi of another melody I remember and I believe it's pretty popular. I'll bump this then

We Are Family - Sister Sledge. A group of women who are sisters.

Jump - The Pointer Sisters (yep, more sisters)

Best of My Love - The Emotions (not sisters, but a group of women)

Sounds a bit like "Rock the boat, don't rock the boat over, rock the boat, don't tip the boat over, ROCK THE BOAT, rock the boat, rock the boat"

yes!. This wasn't the version I was looking for but it'll be easy to find knowing the song's name. Both midis I uploaded are of this song, I thought there was 2 different songs

thank you very much and to every other person who tried to help too

Turn the Beat Around has a very nice groove, and a great hook. Definately the best disco song of all time.

Disco is an abonimination to all music every where. One repetitive beat, looped over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.

Total ripoff of funk
