So I've got an iPod Classic. I converted a video on iTunes to m4v and synced it to my iPod. The video will play, but there's no sound. How do I fix this?

your problem is you have an iPod

Actually, that's not the problem. I have an iPod video and my videos have audio, but only when I plug the headphones in

Yeah, I had that same problem.
Are you sure you converted it to m4v?
Try mp4.

I agree with both, headphones help but it will always be an iPod my friend.

I've had the tiny ones in my mouth and accidentally swallowed a bit of the liquid, you should be all right.

Yes, I did. And it turns out that the video itself lost audio. I tried another video and it's fine. So now I'm just confused as to why that certain video lost sound all of a sudden
