seen this guitar has gotten great reviews by people (once they changed the pups), i was just wondering if for the money if this is the best 7 to go for, ive already got my LTD SC207 (which will be used as a backup).

also what are the best 7string pickups to get for metal, keeping in mind ill hav 2 guitars with 2 pickups each, so thats the best pickups to go for.

thanks for ur help

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.

Nah dude, go blackouts. Ibanez is the ****, an RG7620 would be decent too, if you can find one in decent shape.
