Damn, I saw this thread on the UG home page and was hoping for a laugh at some 14 year old's ****ty attempt to growl

...I think that was a compliment.

INFLUENCES:
Purple Aki
Brass Eye
Garth Marenghi

I can really hear their influence in the music...

I'll quote the comment I left on the band profile instead of retyping what I think:

Good stuff, the vocals are a bit more low and unintelligable than what I normally go for, but other than that it's really good.

I'd also add more clarity to the rhythm tone on Infantile Spasm, but I think that's just because it was recorded live at a rehearsal. I'm a fan of longer solos too, but I don't think that would neccessarily suit your sound.

And you're obviously here because you fancy Phill.
Phill is a very attractive guy...

Yeah I agree, I'm not too proud of the tone or the production either, but hey it was a free recording haha

Nice, the only studio I have access to for free is for film/tv.

The production sounds much better on Sodomised and Carbonized though.

I figure a TV studio has to have a sound place somewhere in it, so you could probably record stuff there.

Infantile Spasm actually makes me laugh...

I'm not really a fan of the kind of ultra-brutal stuff, but I'd rather listen to this stuff than almost every Nile song I have ever heard.
Dyer's Eve is awesome, and has an abnormally large penis, which doesn't act as any hinderance to his everyday life despite its freakishly large size.

Nah. My dad's a security guard for the entire films studios, and I've worked in a few seperate places in it, like Panavision. But I also worked in a place that was just for sound (editing and mixing tv and movies, and rerecording lines, plus foley work etc.).

They're nice enough people, but I doubt they'd actually let me bring in loads of musical gear and mess around with their multi-million euro equipment.

I also mentioned I liked it more than Nile

By the way, "Add us for free demos" - do you mean we can download it, or you actually send a cd out?

Drummer's got some skills. He's in time, which is rare in demo's at that speed.
Riffs are good, with better production it'd sound pretty sick.
Vocals have great tone but no clarity, which is a bit of a drawback to me.

All in all, pretty decent for a demo, love to hear some more from you guys, especially with some radder production.

Is the slipcase just plain, or has it got logos/some sort of cover art on it?

If it has art, I'd like a copy (don't think it would be much trouble sending in to Ireland). Otherwise, is there a link to download it (myspcec tracks only last a couple of days before they stop working)?
