Looks like the aged (aka cream?) one to me, definitely not white though (got a spare white one here, it's a much 'cleaner' white).

I'd agree that it's mint green. It doesn't really appear that way in the picture, but my mint green pickgaurd can look anywhere from bright white to creamy yellow in pictures. It's a funny color to photograph.

Does anyone else find white bodied guitars with off-white/cream pickguards horrendously ugly? They need a Guitar What Not to Wear! Throw a white pickguard on there and it's good to go (same white as the body).

Isn't mint green a little more, you know, green? I know some kid thought it was cool to post some generic spec sheet, but I've seen a lot of green in my days, and there used to be a mint farm down the highway, and that shit was GREEN.

I'd go with the logical first half of the thread thus far and say it's "off white"

Hmm didn't realise that was mint. I guess I'll just have to go into a guitars shop and find the one that looks nicest in person, can't tell that much from pictures. All I know is I want to replace my current (black on cream) setup.

lol I understand, what I'm saying is I'll have to go down and hunt out a mint green pickguard to find out if I find it appealing in person before I make my decision. ATM I'm leaning towards just going with parchment tho.

If someone says mint green to me then yes, i think of something more... green.

But that's what fender calls that colour. If you want that colour PG, you need to get a mint green one.

If you compare the mint green to that side by side they're very different colors. But the some note, off-white doesn't look right either. I personally believe its aged off-white and the color of the guitar itself is making it look mint-ish.

Well from comparing that pic and searching for 'mint green pickguard' on google / youtube and comparing the two I'll pretty safely assume that it is mint green and the pronounced aged look is due to a combination of the lighting conditions and the olympic white body colour.

.. And it sure does look sexy.
