i have a black epi lp special 2 and im customising it. i want to get a zakk wylde style bullseye on it and i was wondering can i spray the white straight onto the factory coat black?
or do i have to sand things down, spray primer, or anyother stuff.

A step by step guide would be really helpful (i searched the internet and nothing really answers my question

You will have to at least scuff sand the glossy paint off.

Tape the whole body after you've laid the primer and the White Colorcoat.

Find the center of the bullseye. Nail a small nail.

Tie a string to the center nail and a pencil at thhe other end.

Start making the circles, shorten or lengthen as you do the next circles.

Cut the areas that will be painted Black or whatever with an Exacto knife. Make sure the cut is perfect or else it'll be noticeable.

Spray the Black.

Wait an hour so, remove the remaining tape very gently.

Wetsand the demarcation lines between the Black and White paint with high grit (2000) so the edges can't be felt.

Clearcoat, etc.

Same steps as above except with figures and letters and 4 colors (including the White base)

Or is there a specific question?
