Okay Pit, I need your help.
I'm a muscular guy, and really fit, with about 6% body fat.
In the last year or so all the girls in my class have made fun of me, saying i'm basicalyy a loser.
In 7 weeks is the end of the year eight grade trip, and my goal is to get a complete, or at least near it six pack by then.
I need your help to get it by then, and i will make weekly reposts on how i'm doing.
Any Advice?

Run often. Take weight training in school.

My advice would be to go to a body building forum or something like that... ask there. You'll get much more useful advice than from people here.
All you're going to get here is people telling you to do crunches/sit-ups/whatever as many times a day - which I'd have thought would be obvious.

Yeah, because that will make you not a loser.

And if you're already a muscular guy, wouldn't you already have a six pack ?

A six pack is as much about ab strength as it is about body fat, so run often and watch your diet. You may also need to look up ab exercises on the interweb, do them to failure every other day. if you do them to failure every day you can risk damaging your abs.

1st you need to have as little body fat as possible. loose it by swiming, running, and rowing machines mixed with a good diet.

then squats, crunches, etc etc to build a strong, tonned abdomen.

Why will having a six pack show these girls your not a looser tho?

You do not have 6% bodyfat. You would have a six pack at that point. Run alot, weight train. Just doing crunches won't do a thing, except make you're gut bigger maybe. Eat better, no pop, no white bread, etc. Lots of protein.

Year 8 = grade 8? If so you're too young to be worrying about that. Go play pokemon.

Also, having a six pack won't make people think you're not a loser. Being a nice person will. If not, you're talking to the wrong people.

you're what, 12? 13? Worry about other stuff other than trying to impress girls with your body. You shouldn't be lifting weights yet anyway.
Wait till you're 16 then start weight training. Your body's gonna look weird at your age.

Dude I remember one time I wanted a six pack,

So I did crunches for one day, I did 50, and I went wtf am I doing..

I play Bass, I don't need abs, I can just basher****s people with my bass.

I was born with a six-pack.

Do crunches/sit-ups but when you do them suck in your stomach.

Sit-ups actually help. Not crunches, those are for wussies. When you get to the top of each sit-up, twist right, left, and then go back down.

sit-ups
crunches
side sit ups
leg lifts
reverse crunches
buy an exercise ball
just sittin there doing situps and crunches is only gonna help you so much
Get on some protien
get on a daily work out start jogging/running
light resistance training an all that good stuff
and get on a proper diet
its not hard toget on a work out plan
workout every other day to give your body time to heal
gotta damage theat muscle to build it back up stronger
just look up some core/ab work outs on the net
