i have a emachines computer, marshal half stack, line 6 spider, and a crate amp

your better off mic-ing your amp, then have your signal go directly to your computer.

sometimes you hear everything, from that signal picks up feedback, hum, bad signal, tonal difference

yea I also say go with a mic, its just easy and sounds good since you get the cab tone.

what budget are you looking at?

I could recommend a nice recording interface which would allow you mic your cab and run the audio into your PC while keeping that good quality.

I think the spider amps have a line/record out so that you can try running to your sound card line in and see what it sounds like.
for better quality stick with a USB interface like the e-mu 0202
