I was wondering what would be a good acoustic song to learn. i am a novice acoustic player so could someone shed some light on this subject for me please.
And your crybaby whiny-assed opinion would be...?

helpless - crosby, stills, nash, and young

only 3 chords (it gets boring as heck after a while, but it's definitely easy to play)
Green Day-Good Riddance
its only like 5 chords
the strumming pattern takes a while to get used to but
Stairway is fun to play on the acoustic.
The solo might be tough to hit the higher frets, though.

"Hey Julie" by Fountains of Wayne
"Won't Go Home Without You" by Maroon 5
"Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol
Alkaline trio - radio (i think its this song) i dont think its actually played on an acoustic guitar (never heard the real song) ... but sounds good on acoustic.. very simple song aswell
