I'm fairly new at playing guitar. I just bought my first one 4 months ago. My question is what does it mean to tune to this? And how do I go about doing so?

Tuning: F A# D# G# C D#

(Sweetest Girl)

I have 2 electronic tuners but I only know how to do the standard. Sorry if this is a noob question. All answers and help is great.

Thank you

You would tighten all the strings to match that outside of the D#, that one is detuned.

let me see here. so tune the outside strings to match D#?

D# is basically a high D right? Thanks, sorry for misunderstanding.

Yes, called a D sharp.
# = sharp
b = flat

With your tuner it should have a symbol with the D and the # or it will have a E with a b.

Awesome.

On my Tuner, it lists the following

7B - 6E - 5A - 4D - 3G - 2B - 1E

now the tuning suggestion for the song is

Tuning: F A# D# G# C D#

What do I follow for F (6h string I assume) and C (2nd str) ?

F A# D# G# C D# is standard tuning one semitone up. You don't need to tune it all if you're playing open chords. Slap a capo on the first fret and you're done!

Edit: I am an idiot.

If you do that, tune your high e down to a D.

imsohybrid, you need a fretboard note chart for future reference. And it just so happens I have one. Here you go:
