How do you make that sound in :40 in this vid

Its that descending sort of sound before the chorus. And yes I know you can see what he is doing, but still I don't get how he makes that sound. Can anyone help?

He's doing a muted slide with his hand, and then a pick slide. You ride the wide side of the pick along the wound strings (I usually use the A and D strings)

hes dragging his finger down the fret board, he mite have picked the first note or not, buts hes basically draggin his finger down the string to produce that noise

are you talking about the pick scrape?
It's done by scraping your pick down your strings.

yeah im talking about that slide, i dunno, it seems more like a slide, but that pick scrape/slide seems to make sense, im gonna go try it out its a neat sound.
