You sell a dream you create
Condemned by what you condemned before
Smooth are the words you sing down and high
Underground is your joy your laws

so is it like communism or opposite?

Communism is essentially a more radical version of socialism. Socialism is hard to define since there are so many different doctrine's and beliefs that socialists have/had. Generally it is a system that is based on cooperative work to distribute wealth equally via the people or a government that is benefiting the people.

Communism in its perfect form would remove the need for government or organizations that oversee the "common people" and people would have common ownership over the country/nation and the means of production within that country/nation.
Basically, if you have a test over this tomorrow and you're asking us to define it then you're up **** creek without a paddle.
