Hey everyone. I am installing some new pickups in a strat for a friend. He wants three singles. He plays through a valveking and likes to play stuff like smashing pumpkins and Stone Temple Pilots.

what pickups would you guys recommend for his preferences. i am open to fenders, duncans, and anything.

thanks guys!

If he doesn't go for the Hot Rails in the bridge, tell him to get a stacked single coil in the bridge.
Other wise his sound will probably be too thin for playing STP and whatnot.
