No, its not at all like the Stevie song, although I did listen to that song before going in to mix this down. And both songs put me in a rude mood. Its part of a sub genre of the dance music genre drum & bass called liquid funk, which is a combination of r&b/house and drum & bass, and I'd love it if you gave it a listen. very ****ing danceable. seriously, really good stuff. Production sounds good, especially the drums and bass. I like the break and when the drums come back in.
