I would just go look at a closeup of the amp, the chicken heads show pretty clearly what settings they have on it. Keep in mind though, with those guys, they are tracking that amp along with several others, so it's going to be EQ'd to fit the mix most likely.

Lead pre: 5
low: 9
Mid: either 2 or 8 - can't see which direction it's in
High: 7?
Post: It's volume, put it wherever

That's right I think, except that the Presence is at like 8 from what I see, and the mids are too.
