So...??

I would choose to play Smells Like Teen Spirit by Eric Roche, but apparently there is no tab for it...

Which one would you pick?
Brasil.

the problem without learning complicated songs to show off is that is uses up too much time and half the time people will just ask me if I can play 'Hey there Delilah'....WHAT THE HELL!!!

but seriously people who aren't musicians have no idea...

Eruption and Little Wing aren't THAT hard. Just work a little and you'll get it, trust me.

Buckethead - Soothsayer ...such a beautiful song. Just fantastic.

TTFAF?!
Why would you want to learn it on guitar when you can just spend years trying to learn it on EXPERT!
#26
If I could sing and play Carl Verheyen's version of My Back Pages by Dylan, I'd be delighted with myself.
My name is Tom, feel free to use it.

Through the Fire and the Flames is awesome to learn on guitar. The only parts that are hard are the solos(some aren't that bad and they take up most of the song but anyway).

The one song would be anything by BFMV. Either "Waking the Demon" or "Scream Aim Fire".

Fail.

Anyway, I'd have to say the hard rock version of The Devil Went Down To Georgia. That'd be a bad ass song to play.

The Glass Prison - Dream Theater

I can play most of the riffs, but not the solos.

Mine would have to be a long song, like Meshuggah's I or Edge of Sanity's Crimson.

Being serious this time, Gargoyles, Angels Of Darkness by Rhapsody. Luca Turilli's parts are absolutely amazing in that song. Not to mention he completely kills his guitar with sweeps. And the classical guitar intro... damn. 19 minutes of pure bliss!

hurry up by paul gilbert, its such a great song and maybe, the extremist by satch, another great song.
