That's really amazing. I love classical and flamenco guitarists.
Play the man, Master Ridley; we shall this day light such a candle, by God's grace, in England, as I trust shall never be put out.

Paco is great, a true musician.

I don't really judge music like that anymore, but some of these players have some crazy chops.

Guthrie Govan
Stochelo Rosenberg
Mattias Ecklundh
Jason Becker
Marty Friedman
Jeff Loomis
Antoine Dufour
Fernando Miyata
Oziel Zinho
Jari Maeenpa
Sabicas
Franz Liszt
John Williams
Ron Thal
Shawn Lane
SRV
Paul Gilbert
and many more

But, check this out.

Stochelo is one of the finest players I have ever heard.

The most difficult pieces I can think of?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nIrVJTXlC5Q

This was written by Joaquin Rodrigo, and he didn't play guitar. He didn't really know that much about the guitar when he wrote it, so he couldn't tell exactly how difficult something is to play on guitar. That being said, my teacher, who also performed this with an orchestra, said it's by far one of the most difficult concertos to play, and it doesn't even feel like it's written for guitar. But I don't really know a lot about it myself. I've never attempted it. [03:08 - 04:02] sounds really difficult to me.

"Sevilla" has a lot of difficult chord shanges and really awkward fingerings. You have to use bar chords a lot, so it sort of makes your hands tired really fast. So it's a piece that is not only difficult in general, but it's really hard to get through. It was originally written for piano.

It's obvious why that's difficult.

As for Flamenco players, I have a large preference for Paco Peña over Paco De Lucia. De Lucia is more of a modern flamenco player. I've heard flamenco players I know call him "Jazzmenco". Paco Peña is much more traditional.

As for difficulty in this piece, at [00:50] it gets more difficult. [03:46] is my favorite part.
