You could do it yourself, just drill the hole, place the knob in and wire it up.

It would be pricey if you took it to a shop, about 50 bucks.

It's pretty hard to mess up though, as long as you take care and remember the golden rule, measure twice, cut (or drill) once.

Depends on the guitar something like a strat would be a big deal. If there is room in the control compartment drilling a hole in the body isnt a big deal if done right.
