i need to put on some weight.. i eat A LOT but im just not putting on weight
anyone recommend a diet??

i dont think it would be a diet, it would be like a reverse diet trying to gain weight......come eat with me i've never had a problem gaining weight lol

Protein. Lots and lots of protein. Make sure you exercise as well, it's much ebtter for it to turn to muscle than to fat.

macdonalds..... a month of macdonalds. and burger king if you want to be classy. just dont overdose on the stuff and die

a DIET is ANYTHING you eat, you can have an all cheeseburger diet or you can have a healthy diet. what you want to do is eat more protein, i recommend lots of chicken. and work out eat some chicken before and after you go. workout hard every 2-3 days. you should be sore afterwards. after about 2 weeks of this you'll prolly stop being sore but just keep working out until you feel weak afterwards.

Agh, don't eat junk food to gain weight. It's simple mathematics really, just increase your calorie consumption.

If you have 3 meals a day where you are adding 250 extra calories you will gain 1 lb per week.

Please bare in mind that 3+ lbs a week would be considered unhealthy.

The word diet means eating habit. It doesn't mean loosing weight, people just use it incorrectly.

TS, Peanut Butter is your new best friend. Lots of protien, and a fair amount of calories. I heard body builders eat it by the jar!

what id say is drink protein shakes there ment for increasing body mass

one thing you dont want to do is overload on junk food cause your calories will be through the roof
