Scale degrees will have associated chords but they don't have a specific shape, all they do is signify the role that chord plays in the overall progression.

For someone to be able to give you a chord shape you need the root note of the chords and also any other associated information, so things like A, D, Gm, Bb, Cm7. Stuff like that somebody can give you shapes for.
