Great band, 'SF Sorrow' is an absolute classic.

Why do we feel it's necessary to yak about bullsh*t in order to be comfortable?

That's when you know you found somebody special. When you can just shut the f*ck up for a minute, and comfortably share silence.

Agreed, but I enjoy their other albums a lot. Very raw, yet sophisticated.
Mother Earth is pregnant for the third time
For y'all have knocked her up.
I have tasted the maggots in the mind of the universe
I was not offended
For I knew I had to rise above it all
Or drown in my own shit.

This is the only album of theirs I know. What are some other good ones?

I have a 45rpm of "Don't Bring Me Down" but nothing else. Kind of a flash in the pan band right? I know Dick Taylor did a few important things in the London scene in the mid-1960s but on the whole weren't the Pretty Things just a bunch of maniacs? Like an earlier British MC5?

More like a much lesser known version of the Rolling Stones
