I know i posted something like this before, but i have new information and i know noone will come back to the thread:

How much would it cost to add a tone knob to a guitar that does not have one?

and The guitar is an ESP M-II
i want to get it but it has no tone knob which is big minus

its not hard to do it yourself u probly wouldent need to rout n e thing just drill the hole put the pot in and solder

EASY. All you need is a drill and the proper bit.
Find out how much space the knob needs. 3-way switches are (I think- it was a while since I measured) 1/2 inch drill bits, and vol/tone knobs are 1/4 drill bits. Assuming there is space in the cavity, first mark your designated tone knob place on the front of the body using that blue painter's tape, in order to not screw over the finish. Then take your drill and through the body. Make sure you're not drilling through any wires lol. Then you should be able to throw the knob in.
